Carol Harward

Carol Harward brings experience, perspective, and a genuine love for people to her real estate work throughout Eden, Liberty, Huntsville, and the greater Northern Utah area.

Although she has called Eden home for the past year, Carol has lived in Northern Utah for more than 40 years, including time in Cache, Davis, and Weber counties. Having raised five children in this region, she understands firsthand the importance of schools, community resources, and finding the right environment for a growing family. Her deep roots in the area give her a broad and practical understanding of what makes each community unique.

Carol has been licensed in real estate for six years and was a real estate investor long before that. She also owned and operated a furniture and design store for ten years, developing a trained eye for detail, flow, and potential. She sees both opportunities and challenges that others might overlook — whether helping sellers prepare a home for market or helping buyers recognize the hidden possibilities in a property.

Known for her warm, outgoing personality and no-pressure approach, Carol listens carefully and takes the time to understand what truly matters to her clients. She follows local developments and community issues closely, giving buyers and sellers insight not only into what a property is today, but what the surrounding area may become tomorrow.
